Witha python run some Rares. Pick up rares at Lave, Diso, Zaonce, Orrere, Leetsi, and Uszaa...they are all about 6 LYs from each other then run them to some distant port. Need to go at least 100 LYs. Run to Palola in Kekenk of Herzong City in Shonessa something like 170 LYs and you'll get max value. You'll make 16,000-20,000 per Ton. Remember you can only pick so many rares at a time. Still make the Lave loop twice over about 30 mins and you should be able to make 1 million per trip if you go far enough. Not great compared to BH but better than nothing.

I'm struggling a lot, please help! Since 2.1 released I've lost 84.6m credits, I am now down to one ship (Python) and 3.2m cr (enough for only 2 insurance rebuys)

I need a way of making credits please!!! I normally BH but I'm having such bad luck with that I have given it up for a time, I will trade but I don't know what to trade where??

Can someone give me a good trade route so I can get some credits together again please?

Yep, but that option was already on the table so I thought I would give him another. I can often grab 60-80 Ts of rares with 2-3 loops around the Lave Run.

Go to Find Trades

Type in Synteini
Change the distance between systems to be under 10ly
Tick the two boxes to exclude outposts and planets

Make the deliveries suggested on the site.

It shows you how much profit is generated (per tonne) - bear in mind tho, that this site doesn't always keep completely up to date, but it's pretty much what I use.

You should seriously consider parking the Python until you can afford to equip it to survive in 2.1.
As others have suggested, a Cobra is the best ship for your budget.
I sold my Anaconda, as I couldn't afford to lose it again. But even with 240 million in the bank now, I'm leaving my Python parked until 2.1 settles down a little. I'm mostly using an iCourier now.

Sell your Python, buy an asp and equip it grade a shields, 1 point defense, 3 grade a shield boaster, grade a thrusters and good powerplant.

That is what I have and I am making money on missions.

If you cannot afford to do that do similar in a cobra.

Currently my anaconda is parked, I am only using my asp as for me that is what the current environment suggests is best.

Equip your Python with 200t of cargo space, fuel scoop, decent shields, chaff and point defense.
No weapons
Fly out to Sothis
Take on long range haulage missions ..... normally bio waste
Cycle modes and you should be able to stack around 20 million credits worth of haulage
Might help with the spawn if you are allied with the local factions

Ahh, sorry - the problem with posting good trade routes on the forums is that commanders swarm onto them!
Try Orang instead.
It's about 5-6 jumps from there.
