Need Help storing components at Jameson Memorial

Hi there ... I am trying to change out some of my optional internal components and I would like to store the ones I have installed but the interface will not let me uninstall and store them from my Cutter.

Why is this? ... Do I need to go somewhere else? or .... ?

You have a Cutter but don’t know how to store/swap modules? Man, things have changed over the years.

Are you buying new modules and looking to store the old ones? If so a ‘Store or Exchange’ option should be available. Is your module storage full?

The Store Option is not active ... shows up in a red color and is not clickable.

The strange thing is, I can store components from some of my other ships.

Is the storage max 120 total or 120 per ship, and is there a way to tell how many you have stored other than counting them?

Thanks for the replies ... I am trying to move empty Cargo racks off the ship.

Silly me ... Yes, I have maxed out storage limit. Never thought about it before - never hit the limit. Time to sell some stuff.

Appreciate the help!

How do you have access to jameson and have this issue? I'm a bit puzzled really.

If your storage is full, get rid of some crap. It's 120 total. And if you have cargo or fines, that is different too as has already been said.

This is one of the reasons why I have 200 ships around the Jameson Memorial due to the lack of storage which is then forgotten and dusted like powerplay modules - engineered modules and so on.

I wouldn't openly admit to using cheat mods on here, seriously. And I wasn't trying to be rude with my other question post, I was just puzzled as to what was going on.

You may get Kumo burgered though if you're not careful... ;)

OP, get rid of everything in "stored modules" that is not "Engineered" or from "Powerplay", i.e. "Advanced Plasma Accelerators", "Prismatic Shield Generators".

You can buy everything else if you need it.

You will also increase your credit balance.

OP, storing modules at Jameson is a bit like keeping your groceries in a supermarket. 120 sounds like a lot, but you run out quick. Definitely thin out the clutter, so to speak. (I just got rid of 9 - count 'em NINE!!! lol - 1E Fuel Scoops lol
It helps to spend a few minutes and credits consolidating all your modules - get everything into one place and toss out everything you don't need. You'll be pushing the 120 limit pretty quickly otherwise.
Buy a T-10 or two to store things in; that helps.
