For the next trade-focused community goal, I want to use a Python, since they are fit to land on outposts, which my Clipper is not.

My questions are:

Is there any place in the bubble where I can buy a Python for a discount without being ELITE?

As soon as I have my Python, where should I take it for outfitting? (Also regarding discounts and module availability)

Any advice will be greatly appreciated!

Li Yong-Rui planets sell all ships and equipment at a 15% discount. Got my Python at Ray Gateway in Diaguandri for 48 million. I found most of the equipment I needed there, save a 6A shield (which you aren't looking for anyway).
