Need help: Who has build a planetary port of the type 'Clotho' (the one with the plant domes)?

I would like to know, which part of the port you are looking at when you look out of the bar's panoramic window.
Alternatively, a hint as to where I can find one in the bubble would also be fine.

Thanks guys, I really appreciate it! Unfortunately, the bars in ED aren't selling us anything. So I'm buying you (to my greatest regret only virtual) one of my favorite beers. It comes from Upper Franconia, the region with the highest brewery density in Bavaria. Outside of Franconia it's a rare commodity!
