I may be missing something obvious, but I can't seem to get E: D running full screen on my TV with extended desktop, it keeps switching to the laptop display.
There's no problem getting it on duplicated displays. I've tried setting the TV as primary, checked through all of the graphics options in game and poked the NVIDIA panel for an hour. Tried window mode, but can't maximize the window to fill the screen. I can make this work on other games/programs.
Windows 7 Pro, external Samsung TV over HDMI, GTX460M card.
Any ideas?
