need help with Fire Groups- can't get kill warrant scanner working?

I can't seem to get my kill warrant scanner working in my Eagle with my X52 Pro. I've got 2 beam lazers, 1 Cannon, 1 discovery scanner and 1 kill warrant scanner. Tried playing with various configs in Fire Groups but no luck.

I use an x52 Try this:

Use fire group 1:
(1) for beam lazers primary - main trigger joystick
(2) Cannon (secondary) I use D button on my throttle

Fire group 2: (I use C button on joy to switch fire between groups)
(1) Kill warrant scanner (Joy trigger)
(2) Discovery scanner (D button Throttle)

On right side panel, go to fire groups.
In 1st group use "1" for disco scanner.
In 2nd group, use "1" for KWS and "2" for beams
In 3rd group use "1" for canon and "2" for beams

With this setup, you can still KWS and shoot if you need to and once complete, hit next fire group to enable the canon.

Enable one of the switches on the x-52 to do "next fire group"

If you are exceeding the power output when deploying hard points, go to right panel/modules tab and set the disco scanner, your cargo hatch and FSD to priority "2" so they get disabled and don't draw power when deploying hard points.

One side note. If you also have a cargo scanner make sure the KWS and cargo are both the same model (A.B,C, etc.) I have had KWS issues when I ran a C KWS with a B cargo.
