Need help with new locations for Codex - Inner Scutum-Centaurus Arm

Hi all, I hope all of you are doing OK? :)

I've begun on the (possibly never-ending) task of "confirming" my Codex, for lack of a better phrasing. Basically, it involves me traveling to all of the 'Reported' places in my Codex, in order to get them as 'Confirmed' by me in my Codex. Since I were in Colonia when I got this insanity of an idea, the natural region to start would, of course, be the Inner Scutum-Centaurus Arm.

Now, a couple of weeks(ish) after starting, I've been to every place I could reach in the region, and visited every geo/bio/nsa I could find according to the Codex, and I'm still missing a few of the entries.
Because of this, I'm now asking all of you(if you have these confirmed in your Codexes) if you could help me with alternative locations for me to go and find the following:

* Wolf-Rayet W-type star. There is one in CSI-12-17112, but my 72Ly Conda couldn't make the jump.

* Terraformable Ammonia planet. My Codex says there's one in Tenjin, but I went there and found no such thing.

* Proto-Lagrange Cloud. According to my Codex, there was supposed to be one in EOL PROU PX-T D3-1363, but it had been replaced with Croceum and Roseum clouds instead.

* Aureum Brain Tree. Codex says SKAUDAI CH-B D14-34, but I found more or less every other brain tree there, not Aureum.

* Caeruleum Sinuous Tubers. There were none in BLUA HYPA KT-F D12-504.

and

* Viride Sinuous Tubers were not to be found in EIDAIK OP-V D3-428.

If anyone of you could tell me of any other places to find these (within Inner Scutum-Centaurus Arms limits, of course), I'd appreciate it insanely much.

Thanks in advance. Fly safe :)

Thanks, but no dice. I've spent the last week going to at least 20 different systems listed on edsm to have a Proto-Lagrange cloud, only to find every other Lagrange cloud instead. It seems the entries on edsm is outdated, and the Codex entries has been swapped with other NSPs instead.

I need fresh data. A place to find these things where they haven't gotten so old that Stellar Forge has swapped them out.

Anyone?

The IGAU public Codex database (updated monthly) at https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Elite-IGAU/publications/master/IGAU_Codex.csv is current, and entries have timestamps. So, at that time, the objects were definitely present in those systems.
Thanks, I'll check it out :D

Also, terraformable ammonia worlds don't exist, that category is a Codex error.
Aw, dang nabbit, that means I'll never get a "complete" Codex... I assume Frontier has been made aware of this, and decided not to give a hoot about it? Maybe they should focus on fixing what's broken, instead of implementing new crap like the Carriers...

Yep. See this incomplete(!) list of Codex bugs. Many of them have been reported to the issue tracker, but the only Codex-related bugfix in the upcoming update so far seems to be that some Codex entries have wrong pictures assigned to them.
It's... something, I guess? Apparently they haven't entirely forgotten that the Codex exists, at least.

It's a start, definitely. But there seems to still be a looooong way to go before, if ever, they get to the point where the Codex is a good tool for exploration... It looks more and more as if the Codex itself were just inserted into the game in order to show that they acknowledge the existence of explorers, and to give us something to make us stop nagging about being ignored... :/

IHMO, if the coding for making the Codex work(and update the locations if Stellar Forge shuffles NSP's and such around), is too complex or too difficult to implement, maybe they should take it out of the game and replace it with something that serves more of a purpose than annoying CMDRS when they travel thousands of LY's to look for something that isn't there...
