Have you allowed time for the game to download? Open the Epic launcher and see if thee are any pending downloads.

In general, people, if someone has the same problem (buying an add-on for the Elite in Steam or EGS), I solved it like this,
wrote in support of the frontier so that they would untie and tie up the Frontier account from other stores again, then manually tied them up, then entered the frontier account through the store you need (all this on the Frontier website), then left it again and just clicked on account frontier
