Need help with trader. read for more info

The animal trade is not showing up on a friend of mine's game.. She can purchase animals but they don't go into her trader. so basically she buys them but they are not there at all.. What can i do to help her? Is this a glitch?

Have her check her filter settings for what is displaying. It's very easy to accidentally forget you have a filter set for displaying your animals such that it seems empty. (The filter for owned animals is set seperately from the filter on the market-purchase tab so can be for completely different animals, leading to you not seeing what you just bought.)
