I recently brought an Boreno Orangutan into my zoo and he never seems happy with the size of his enclosure, ive tried making it the required amoutn as per the xoopedia, making it smaller and bigger but the % never goes above 39, ive increased the shelter available and done everything I can see possible to try fix the problem.

Any help would bne appreciated!

You an see where ive been testing the sizes and not one of them has changed the %

What does the 2nd tab say about the available space to walk and to climb for the animal? That is how you could see how much free walking space and climbing space is needed.
Btw.: the needed space is dynamic, it changes if there are more than one of that species inside that enclosure.

It is almost certainly insufficient climbable space, orangutans need a lot. Select the second tab in the animal's menu (the one that looks like mountains), and if the third box in that tab is in the red, it's not enough climbing space.
