I think it would be really fun if You could fly out to a Anarchy or Lawless station and be offered a high risk with high reward mission type. It would be its own mission type called something like "High Risk Delivery" (insert better mission type name here). And would involve one of the following missions:
A) Deliver Tracked Illegal Items: "*NPC Name* has not only failed to deliver these *stolen goods from Federation or Alliance*, they also managed to get scanned by *Federation/Alliance* vessels who are currently searching for this cargo. *NPC Name* paniced and dropped it off here. I need you to get these the hell out of here and delivered to *Station Name* ASAP! They will pay you well, and will know what to do with it. I'm not going to lie, there is a good chance that *Federation/Alliance* will track you down, and once they do they will not hesitate to blow you to pieces once they find out what your carrying. "
B) Deliver highly illegal items that you will be killed on successful scan by security vessels or stations. In this mission type you are not tracked, NPC's don't know you have illegal cargo until they scan you. You will have to avoid being scanned successfully at all costs, or else be blown to bits and not only lose your ship but fail the mission having to pay the full value of what your reward would have been.
Basically I want smuggling missions where the reward is very high, if your caught you are hostile and shot at by security and stations, and the cost of failure will also be very high (your ship re-buy + high mission fee for failing which would be the same amount you would have been paid for success.
