Looks like a solid option, glad to hear your order arrived quickly! Always nice to see real user feedback on these inserts. Curious, how’s the comfort compared to wearing glasses inside the headset? Been thinking about trying inserts myself but hesitant if they’re really worth the swap.
Much more comfortable than wearing glasses with the Q3 extender. (and by magic the lenses are calculated for visual comfort when looked through literally just in front of the eye, or a short gap. I have used mine for a couple of hours at a time comfortably - so think they are pretty good)
Also has the benefit that the lenses can be brought very close to the eyes, giving better immersion / FOV.
They are held on with magnetic hoops that press over the eyepieces, so removal of the prescription lenses is quick & easy if the headset is going to be used by someone (in my case, grand daughter) who doesn't need vision correction. Simply reattach magnetically when needed again - and quick & easy cleaning when needed.
