Hardware & Technical Need recommendations/ideas on PC build.

I ran it for 5 more minutes in FurMark with 8X MSAA thrown in, it leveled out at 60C and 1949Mhz on the core. This is as much load as I can put on it with my current 1080p monitor :D Also...my screenshot tool broke.
Not that anybody need more of these, we all know what the thing is capable of. More specifically about this actual card - EVGA have thrown in some fun tools and features for people who like to tinker with their hardware more than me. Controls for 3 fans, ridiculous amount of temperature probes inside with individual monitoring, also it's got those nice 3 lights on the side that change colour depending on the temperature of GPU, memory, and VRMs.

Some benchmarks I'd recommend are unigine superposition (it's modern and very pretty to look at). Also unigine valley is quite good too (easy to spot rendering artifacts on the sky if you've pushed things a bit too far). 3dmark is okay, but not always reliable, you can get +/-500 points for seemingly no reason and it takes a while to complete a run too.

As for CPU, well cinebench is about the best, it's consistent and doesn't take an age to complete.

+You've got a great GPU there, I've got it's smaller brother (the 1080ti SC2), honestly never bothered setting up any custom curves, the stock fan curves keep things below 70 degrees which is cool enough for me :)

Just for reference, on my own sys (more or less the same spec as yours) I get 1670 in cinebench and 6640 in unigine valley (@extremeHD preset), 6212 in Superposition (@1080p extreme) :)
