Whyy not?

I mean, if you're using a blue shield generator, the green (prismatic) will just offer upsides (don't use multi-weave on a reinforced, put hi-cap instead).

On the other side, if you use it for bounty-hunting and combat in CZs, I'd recommend a bi-weave.

Then, othe things: the C3 bank is useless, as well as the fuel tank size 5... I'd swap them or add a C3 fuel scoop and a C5 B-rated cell bank (more cells)...
