Need some help with a problem using 2 accounts.

Hello all,

This might sound like a stupid question but I have trolled through help sections and can't find a answer anywhere. If I have missed it I apologise in advance.

Anyways, I purchased my current and 1st ED account through steam and used the account I made on the Frontiers website. Earlier I thought I would take advantage of the deal on Elite and purchase a 2nd account directly from the Frontiers website. The problem I have is I used the same e-mail and frontier account to buy this 2nd ED account and I cant see any way of creating my new commander.

If anyone knows what I did wrong and can help I would appreciate it very much.

Needs to be on a separate email address

1 email address = 1 CMDR.

You log into the launcher and game with your email and the launcher/game only supports one CMDR.

Solution is to put in a ticket unfortunately. =(
