Hey folks... right now, I have a Lakkon Type 9 and a Viper. I'm over 300ly from Yembo and I'd like to check out the action in my Viper... but with a 12ly jump range... I'm afraid the community goal will be gone by the time I get there.
There should be some way to transport small ships.... I should be able to pack it up and put it in the hold of my Type 9. I'd even sell it and just rebuy the Viper at my destination if it wasn't so difficult to find all the modules for it.
If I have two ships, one a location A and one at location B and I am at location B.... I cannot have both ships at location B unless I buy a third ship which is a little silly.
So... IMO you should be able to do one or both of the following:
- Pack up your ship and put it in the hold of a larger ship
- Pay to have the ship transported for you (but you will need to transport yourself somehow).
