Nerf Guardian Plasma Chargers

So, kind of a bait-y threat title there...

I enjoy using plasma chargers. Kinda. Sure they have a lot of drawbacks, and it sucks you can't engineer them at all, but they're pretty fun. Aside from two major problems.

The ridiculously over-the-top explosion effects on them make my target invisible much of the time.

The incredibly grating "screaming" they constantly do at when charging or charged is just headache-inducing. Why? Who did this?

Tone down the visuals and the audio on these things. Please. For the love of god, please.

I personally love the way they look and sound.
But i wouldn't mind putting in an option for sensory acute individuals to make them less jarring for people with such sensitivity.

Also im sorry it sounds grating to you, its supposed to be more of a warble

Yup, their OTTness is part of why I love them. If only they had more ammo and did decent damage.

Some people seem to have a problem with the charging sound. I don't know why. For me, all it needs is a little better damage falloff range.
