Looks like rather than make all the weapons worthwhile they are going to nerf the ones that might be ok.

Nah they're just gonna force everyone who used it to use the female character model
Seriously though I hope they don't nerf them, they seem like valid sidegrades that aren't overpowered. I'd much prefer they buffed the other modules instead

I don't think there is any point in nerfing the Hammer as it is already inferior to a standard C2 rail gun. It runs too hot and burst fire defeats the purpose of using the rail against subsystems. It looks and sounds cool though.

Oh dear I should've seen this coming... instead of buffing things to the standard of the meta weapon... time to nerf the meta weapons into useless ones...
FD, I love you for talking to us about the weapon and taking our concerns seriously... but can we please don't smash all faction weapons into the current state of missiles and torpedo?

It didn't say anything about their how powerful the modules supposedly are (comparable, really), just that they are having unexpected side effects 'cuz they were designed by some mad scientist. Like psychosis. Seems more like a lore thing than ... whatever OP interpreted it as.
Well, y'know....
Having your own "Melons" for a while may be entertaining enough but they'll eventually drag you down. It's a gravity thing. And if you're a hairy fellow...well, not so good...ever. Sure you could Veet or something similar yet still no commodity regarding Winters looking so good for 73. Botox should be a commodity. I think she drinks it tbh....yet refined enough to use a straw.
As for "Mutants", there's a dynamic that could be explored.

Well, nerfing two out of the three actually useful modules would be a surefire way of keeping people like me out of powerplay for good. So far it's more beneficial to stay a freelance unpledged pilot.
Agree. I just signed up for PP last week when the inital reports of The Hammer went on youtube. Though it looked fun. Funny enough to actually take part in PP.
So they will downgrade the fun pack launcher to konfetti launcher now?
