The influence bonuses. They are 5/10/15/20%.
Quite a bad bonus considering influence gains are quite high anyway. At least the devs remembered to give them a BH bonus as well.
Sure, but the 5% bonus (no matter how it is) is still there at rank 10. That's why I was asking which perk is only available from rank 1 through 3.

I recently left Archon after 12 weeks pledged but only to stash cash and special weapons available from other Powers. I'll be coming back though, the underdog is always the best dog!

They need to do something with Delaine because once collapse mechanism comes, he will probably die.
And it would be shame to remove the ONLY evil power of the game. If Archon dies, Powerplay becomes more sterile and boring.

Just because Delaine doesn't justify himself doesn't mean his mass murder is any worse than any other power's mass murder.
