Neutron Star Gone Crazy (Is it about to explode)

This has been my first day using the neutron stars and everything was going well until I stumbled upon this i am currently unsure if i should proceed or find an alternative route
i am unsure of the strange noise emitting from the star and in some parts moving towards the center you can hear a faint wave signal
i have never in my elite existence have i seen one this big and wild

i am very uncertain if this is normal please advice will it blow up

Seen a few of these in my time exploring. So yes, it is normal and no, they don't blow up.

it would be interesting too see if these fast spinning neutrons do slow down overtime in game we could be waiting a very long time

Which results in several earth masses of heavy elements (gold, platinum, uranium etc ) being created and spread out from the resulting black hole
