Not bad, not bad at all:
Granted working in a University has some benefits over working in the "private" sector (I've done both) but it's pretty hard to stomach in any sector when your boss tells you that the year-on-year payfreeze, cut or derisory 1% increase is the best they can do, when, in fact, there are no qualms in giving your top earners MASSIVE increases in percentage terms.
