One of my agents in the void collected an "unexpected emmisions data" recording which reveals some of the so called new Ai at NPC headquarters.

The data was an actual recording between a dispatcher and an Elite mission interceptor that will reveal some AI at least on her part.

Dispatcher: "Carol, you're up! I have word that an Elite trader is ready to lauch to the HIP 11111111 system....

Carol the elite NPC: Whats in the cargo hold ?

Dispatcher: What? Listen you... do as you are told already as per the new protocol...

Carol the elite NPC: But that new protocol almost got me killed over 3 cans of biowaste and 4 useless engineering hoses!!

Dispatcher: So whats your point! You are making me have a bloody headache with this dialoge...

Carol the elite NPC: The point is Bob, that these high ranked CMDRs are making us look stupid by sucking us in to use very pricey resources in ship costs and frankly years of pilot training on nothing missions just becuase we without any thought at all you just launch elite pilots becuase of ranking, while important routes in lower ships are being run by lower ranked CMDrs in haulers!

Dispatcher: And so smarty panties...what would YOU suggest!!

Carol the elite NPC: Bob...really? How did you obtain this position anyways...nevermind...The answer is..ONLY send me and my ranked kin to intercept important missions! So what if a CMDR that is elite is carrying around a data card with photos of the neighbors dog on his roses and 4 empty cans of crap!!

Can I ask something, would it not make sense that an ELITE trader, has a certain amount of notoriety in the galaxy as a top tier pilot in their trade aka big fish? If I was a lowly MOSTLY HARMLESS pirate, would it make since that I would try to go after said notorious ELITE trade pilot or would it make more since to pick on someone my own size and speed? Would it not also make sense that other ELITE pirates might hear about your escapades and decide they want a piece of the action, hence the reason why ELITE traders get attacked by other ELITE pirates. Big time bank robbers usually don't knock off corner stores, not worth their time, they go for the big fish. Just my 2 cents.

Yes they would hear about my notoriety and its by that angle I can suck them into rerouting Elite resources away from important missions.

If NPC headquarters updates their policies of being so easily sucked in...and only focus on objectives of mission importance, they would be far more effective.

The CMDR forces would then never allow important missions to be taken by less capable CMDRs.
