New BGS: What boost influence?

With the changes on BGS, what have you detect that boost influence for the desired faction?, and most important, works (are not bugged).

I begin, Passenger (turist beacon) missions of influence, works and boost influence for the faction.

Virtually everything works as expected... except when it doesn't. But that seems to be related to the specific faction and location, rather than the action itself.

Possible exceptions are :
Data Delivery missions and Bulk Passenger missions APPEAR to only give influence in the destination system. No idea is these are bugged in some way or not.
