Is there a shipyard out there yet?
I'm out there at the moment, if there's anything you want me to look at for you just say. I'm thinking of staying out here on a permanent basis.
An oddball question for you. Has anyone put all the known alien components in one place at the same time?
Just an update in this thread because it was referenced somewhere else:
The various Alliance groups let a few CMDRs come out on their days off and work their BGS magic.
A short sharp war and Turner Research Grouo is in control of Darwin.
The CG got to Tier 3 which was enough for a shipyard so you can come out in an exploration vehicle and transfer whatever ship you want out. Just be aware that the new base (Ford) is on a 2G world so comming in steep in a Conda you might pancake.
Unfortunately we didn't quite make it to Tier 4 so the outfitting is a little bit rubbish and ship selection is pretty ordinary. But being able to transfer in and out of the Nebula will work for most things. Just remember to test whatever ship you are going to bring out.

In other news, I made a cool half billion in cash helping to flip Darwin over to Turner.
Also the whole Ammonia based life plus barnacles plus Cordyceps plus Nebula and this whole place is looking like a phase two Thargoid site.
Everything so far is in the Pleiades but the same ingredients exist in California Nebula.
If we discover a Barnacle site that is "ripe in all Barnacle cycles" then watch out, it will bbe game on.
