New Career Mode Scenarios/Map Pack DLC

Hi there :)

I absolutely love this game and played A LOT when it first released, but have drifted away to play other things since then. I think lots of people probably do this.

However, I wanted to play again last night, but realised I needed a refresher on how to play. I was a bit disappointed to see no new career mode scenarios were added with the South America pack to get me back into things.

I know I could just start the career mode again, but I think having some new fixed scenarios to figure out would be a good addition to the game, particularly if they were released every couple of months? Or at the very least some pre-landscaped maps to negotiate?

Would anyone else like these? I wouldn't mind paying a bit of money for a scenario/map pack every now and then, to fill in the space between animal dlc releases.

First off, I understand that people wanted career scenarios and tbh, surprised they weren't included in the SA pack.
For me, scenarios need to bring something new and not a repeat of a previous scenario (or similar) - I think that will become more of an issue for future scenarios.
(A scenario in which you are forced to use the null-barrier and create only natural habitats would be a nice one)

I don't think career scenarios need to be released outside DLC releases, just included in DLC. I wouldn't bother buying only scenario/map packs.

Pre-landscaped maps seems a bit unnecessary from my part - you got the tools to create your own map.
I know it's a lot easier to have have pre-landscaped but if a game gives you tools to create your own - that shouldn't be a big deal.
And a great way to get accustomed to the working tools.

I am hoping that eventually they might 'do a Planet Coaster' and introduce a scenario editor so the community can create their own. Obviously it won't have the storyline and character elements in the same way but it's a nice way for people to show off their created zoos and backstory and to see what the community do with them and it allowed PC players to create some harder levels because Frontier gave great freedom to set all sorts of parameters (how hard to please the peeps were, how high were crime rates, were you allowed to edit certain terrain or scenery or not). I could totally see some wacky ideas like an alien race wanting to preserve the animals of earth (including humans!) or something.

I would be interested in new scenarios for the upcoming DLC. It is true that this kind of challenge I liked the content that has already been released on the game Planet Zoo. And in addition, it also allows you to have support so that you can then create zoo yourself in other game mode on this game.

I am starting with the 8th on hard mode, but they are still way to easy in my opinion.
I thought after the release: let try a hard mode tundra/antarctic map, that should be a real challenge and i probably go broke: well.. I did nothing different then i normaly do and after an hour or so i had 100k... The hard mode in frenchise is still no challenge at all (for me) :(

We’ve just become too good for the game! We know all the tricks to fix issues. :) But they’re still fun.

My greatest challenge are the new and/or revived issues such as the inspector not coming or protesters not leaving.

Hi,
i love scenarios.
In WildlifePark I also liked it when I was only allowed to operate a zoo with different big cats, for example.
You had to design the zoo yourself from scratch.
There were always secondary goals that could also be achieved.
I have not yet been able to play the scenarios here, but I am happy when the time finally comes.

Please add new scenarios to Frontier in future DLCs.

Just make it so that we can make our own careers. We can already upload zoo maps so it shouldn't be too hard to make careers. Hell, we could even do our own voice acting if we wanted. If we were given the tools to make our own careers, it'd really make things more fun
