New cluster permit Locked Sectors in Col 70 between witchead and the bubble/

Has anyone noticed that a series of new systems have now been permit locked that still show ship activity?

Yes, we all know that FDEV blocks systems without explanation and there's a whole bunch of folks from the tinfoil hat squadron who just love to speculate. However, this is genuinely curious in that I haven't seen this happen before with such a large sector way outside the bubble. in the five years I've been playing this game.

If it's Witch Head, it's most likely Thargoids ;)

Odyssey has yet to reveal them running around on the surface, perhaps in caves, or maybe at 'Thargoid hubs' .... remember the leaked picture?

Really not sure what you mean here OP. All Col 70 systems have been Permit Locked for a long long time. They weren’t always though, so if you’re looking on EDSM or anything like that, you might see some as having been visited.

Are you saying there’s something else which is new on top of the existing Col 70 Permit Locks?

Can’t see anything unusual in the screenshot.

Might just be me but I don't see anything odd here. If it starts with COL 70 then it's been "unknown permit required" for ages. There has always been a pile of overlap but if you notice, all "permit required" systems are COL 70.
