You can't. Volungu only has outposts. You'd need to park in a nearby system, swap into a sidey, go sign up, go back etc. Then do it all again to hand in.
Better off sticking with Vultures for this one imo.

Doing it in solo with my Combat Asp "Red Pharaoh". bit hair raising due to elcheapo parts but She's pulling through. Killed two conda's a python, a Fed dropship *traitor!* and a pleather of smaller ships. omnomnom.

I was in Volungu yesterday earning Combat Bonds. I got to Jemison and almost logged off. "Oh wait!" I said to myself. "I forgot to cash in my Combat Bonds."
So I handed them in and went to bed. Upon waking up I discover that the official Community Goal has started.

I swapped out to a Cobra and maxxed it out. I can shoot ships good and outrun them if I have to. I parked my anaconda because I play open and never played solo yet. In open play their is so many gangs interdicting it is good that I can out run them if interdicted. I would be outgunned in my Anaconda I would be now giving up because 25 million in insurance is just to steep. Now I have a very expensive cobra and plenty of insurance to keep coming back .
