New Decals and the release of a decal tool

I would like to see more decals in the store that what is presently there. Or could you release a tool to create decals that we could put on our ships. I would like to decorate my ship, like the WWII bomber nose art used to have. For example my ship is call the Edo Express so I would like to have a Geshia like decal. I know that decals are part of some packages, but it would bring a more unique feeling to my ship. Also, could we have other things in our ship, I like the bobble heads. But I would suggest taking an approach like "Mech Warrior" does with its in cockpit stuff.
