Hmm... while i like most of your dinosaur suggestions there are a few problems.
1. Brontosaurus. Now, before i continue i know that Brontosaurus is a separate genus to Apatosaurus but the difference is practically nothing. I can't quite remember what the difference is (I believe it has something to do with the legs). Me personally, I don't want Brontosaurus in the game because it shares too many similarities with Apatosaurus. If they were to add it, it's size would probably be exaggerated.
2. Utahraptor. Many fans do want Utahraptor in the game but I really don't want it. We basically already have a Utahraptor in the game (Velociraptor) but minus the feathers. Heck, even if Utahraptor was added I can't see Frontier not adding feathers to the dinosaur because no other dinosaur in the game really has feathers (I also believe they don't want to program feathers onto dinosaurs either because it would take a while).
3. Megalosaurus. I would actually really want Megalosaurus in the game. it has a different body type to the other dinosaurs which would mean new animations (Probably not going to happen to be honest) and a couple other things.
4. Compsonatus. I believe you meant Compsognathus which was the smallest dinosaur in the JP franchise. While I would LOVE to see this dinosaur in the game it sadly probably will not happen
. The reason being Troodon. In the game Troodon looks very similar and also has the same sounds as Compsognathus. This is probably Frontiers way of saying "No Compies". The reason why we probably won't get Compsognathus is due to it's size. They are simply too small to be added to the game.
5. Tarbosaurus. Only one word to sum this up: Why? The Tarbosaurus is basically a T. Rex but scaled down.
6. Albertosaurus. I can see why people would like to see this dinosaur in the game. I would too. I can see a few problems with it though but i am tried and just want to finish this. The main reason so many people want to see this dinosaur is because of JPOG.
7. Oviraptor. I would like to see this dinosaur but PLEASE don't add egg feeders.
8. Carnoraptor.
