New Drag Munitions

For me, the new Drag Munitions model makes sense, in response I want to suggest that the amount of PIPs in the SIS of the target would decrease the response of the effects
I think that high values in systems strengthen the countermeasures that nine can realize
 
So called PVP players are not pirates and gankers are not pirates, giving gankers this weapon would enable a LOT of players to stop playing this game. As FD have not been able to sort out the difference between them, They (FD) would be be highly advised NOT to put them (DRAG) in the game. The root cause for gankers to thrive is down to half baked solutions from the man himself.
 
Gee while we're at it, lets give chaff launchers only as many charges as heatsinks, and make it so you can only equip 1 of any type optional/utility module. I mean seriously, if you're that worried about getting ganked then maybe you should JUST PLAY SOLO/PRIVATE. But no, lets cry about a weapon those of us who fly large ships have been waiting for. Just because it makes it so you can't turn and burn. Forget the fact that there is a module that can protect you from them. Better to not have the missiles in the game than to adjust your modules to counter them. smh at all the whiny snowflakes.
 
Nope, the nuDrag is terrible, it severly punishes FAtoggle pilots, generally boost-dependend ships and makes escape for players way more difficult.
It also forces everyone to fit a weapon with it, effectively making a new META around drag.
It's not game-breaking, but it's a major annoyance, and a good thing FD revisits this.
 
Yeah, the nuDrag could have been implemented a number of better ways.
But it's current form is PvP breakingly overpowered.

I made a load of suggestions for it, but it's wandered off to the depths of page two and beyond.
