The average temperature is cold, the pressure is low also... so it being 80% Earth atmosphere would probably mean you need to actually oxygen enrich the air to over the usual 20 % in order for people to live comfortably. I know you said 286 but, from my screen it loks like 258... This being average temperature still not fantaistic.

The pressure isn't that bad - a pressurized passenger plane cabin at 2400 m is actually 0.1 atm lower than that. the average temperature is above the average low in January where I live - should be quite alright near the equator.
