New experimental weapons.

Just unlocked the gauss cannon and plasma charger but i have no idea where to buy them from. I've been to 4 different stations but no luck.

Aren't they supposed to be available at any station with outfitting?

soo do we need to build the mats and intel to build each gun or is this only to unlock then we pay to outfit our ship with the item?

Mats and such are a one-time thing to unlock the module. Once that's done you can buy as many as you like from outfitting. :)
