Nothing looks better imo than Clipper ;) And after all ~25ly is not bad range for exploration. And with upcoming Engineers (2.1) it will be even better.

straight line speed makes the clipper an amazing surface explorer ... but i'm hookd to use a courier for that. maybe gonna change with 2.1.

This will be my latest update to this thread because finally my very first exploration trip is over! It was fantastic experience and I can't wait to return back to black. My first waypoint was Betelgeuse 2 which was amazing experience. I did also numerous other landings and had much fun while driving with SRV. I took quite much screenshots as well. Overall I traveled about 2500ly, I found 5 water worlds and 2 earth like worlds. Highest g-force landing was 3.5. Total earnings was about 2mil credits. Also some final photos below. CMDR Bruns out!
