So I made my first trip outside the bubble to the California Nebula. I actually found it more enjoyable then mining, and a lot less dangerous. Scanning, landing on planets, driving the SRV around was fun. Throttling down to "0" solved pretty much all my heat issues. On the way back I started off towards the Witch Nebula only to get a message that its a permit required area. How do you obtain one of these? I'd like to explore other nebulas but I would hate to invest time in traveling only to find out I'm not allowed in that area. First post and thanks for your help.

now, all permit restricted systems out of the bubble (of inhabited systems) are not obtainable, most likely reserved for future content. witch head nebula is one of those.
