new feature for sandbox mode - creation: island generator to your liking

I would like to suggest an idea for the sandbox mode which is to add an island generator to your liking, as happened in the famous jurassic park operation genesis, since it will take a long time until you add more content (at least until dominion ) You could include that feature to the game, I think it was something very requested in the previous installment of this game and I know that it would move away from the canon of the game's history but my idea is that without taking into account the history of the game, we can create our own islands, and I think with current consoles it's something you can do
