Timezone, router settings, system, even your current network performance (for example downloading or streaming simultaneously) all have an effect on your connection to other CMDRs.

New FSD engineering experimental: Solo Jump.

When pilot wakes using the engineered FSD, it will instance him with CMDR flying in Solo or PG in the target system (or same if low wake).

A great way to make new friends with all those overcautious, scared CMDRs !
