New fsd or g5'd or g5'd reset, is it the same to go engineering ?

Voilà, that is my question. but to get a god 59,9% optimized mass

Should one come with a brand new FSD,
or reset the engineered one,
or even engineer it in its state ?

Does it matter in terms of succes ?
