New Fuel Tank Module Option

This is an interesting idea. I'm not sure how much its needed when you can already add fuel tanks. I have one of each size up to a 128 that came off my Beluga. If I'm traveling less than 200 ly I put a tank on in place of a module I won't need and I can get to my destination faster than if I had to stop every 2, 3 or 4th jumps to scoop. I equip Fuel scoops for longer trips. not discounting the idea because it is interesting to add higher pressure vessels for fuel as an option
