New Galactic Map?

Hi there,

Just a quick question: Is the new Galactic Map more cluttered than before? I've been having some problems spotting interesting stars now when in "realistic" view. It seems there are more stars visible when I zoom out a bit, thus obstructing the view and making it harder to find "blues" and such. Can anyone confirm/deny if my eyesight is getting bad or is FD doing naughty things?

Check my lovely video in the support forum about the galaxy map, low fps and performance issues while returning from sagittarius A* I had that performance when within 1000ly of SAG A* prior to powerplay, but since powerplay even a 100ly plot now takes over 3 minutes to calculate, fps drops to as low as 0.7 and yes I get the same problem you've seen. They had problems before, but now they've changed it, its made exploration navigation an absolute nightmare.

I am so going off the game at the moment, and i'm one of the quite 'just get on with it types'
