Its being called the, 'Ghost Galaxy'.
It could be seen from Colonia but not visible from Earth as the Milkyways centre is obscuring it. Its around about the size of the Large Magellanic Cloud seen in game and should be something you hardy explorers get to see in game at some point, hopefully.
