Well I cant log in after downloading and installing the new launcher.
I get to the part were it asks to verify my account by entering in the code they send to you're email address but the code never arrives.
and no I don't use stream I have been playing since Beta.
its not in my junkmail either so after opening a support ticket I get told that it may take 72 hours for a reply.
what sort of service is that and what do I do in the mean time.

That hasn't been my experience. I've gotten the codes several times from doing clean reinstalls for various versions of the game and get them right away. (I use Gmail.) Steam vs. FD site install downloads are the same as far as this launcher code goes. Steam users still have an FD account.

Go to the frontier store and check your account email is correct. If it is I would check your email carefully. I had some wonderful fun with one of my email accounts that the provider made some changes to the spam filter. I have also seen some fun if you set up rules for your mail that stuff gets sent where you don't expect.

and to add, if you go to the support site and flag your ticket as 'unable to play' I believe they look at with priority.

My sole issue is that all graphical injectors have stopped working. No Reshade, no SweetFX, no GemFX, no EDFX, nothing works. Several reinstalls, EDFX says it has applied the features to Horizons64, but starting the launcher no sign of any graphical enhancements.

Tried everything I know of. Game consistently ignores all of them. *sadface*

My email is correct.
I received a email from support saying they were having issues with some email accounts.
Hopefully it is fixed by the time I get home today.

I got a reply over night so much quicker than the 72hrs they had predicted.
They are having issues with some email accounts they told me.

Sometimes it's just to add a little colour/backstory to the game. It also lets you know when there are community goals you can sign up for. It provides updates on conflicts, minor faction ups and downs. It also includes player-submitted content ("Freelance Reports") and sometimes clues to in-game mysteries or treasure hunts.
