I would like to know opinions from my fellow cmdrs o7. This is going to be My primary & only pc for Gaming.

AMD Ryzen™ 5 5600X 3.7GHz Hexa-Core.
This one?
With the other components, yes. But before you bite the bullet, is their a budget you are aiming for? Monitor resolution? VR? AMD AM4 is a requirement due to existing components/personal choice/budget?
I'm guessing from the listed build you are trying to stick to a relatively cheap budget with a 1080p monitor, in which case the 5600X would be a better choice than the 5600G, but depending on how you answer those above questions, it could change my/other peoples answers :)

Basically I'm trying to stay at least under a budget of around 1200$-1300$. Also to add onto this my gaming current monitor support up to 1080p, the games I play are rpgs & my main game is probably going to be elite dangerous odyssey.

Then yes, the 5600X would be a better fit. However, if it fits in budget, a 5700X would be even better; rpg's can sometimes benefit from more CPU and it wouldn't hurt Elite either. A 4060ti 16GB is also worth considering, again if in budget.

Are you sure the specs are right on that tower? 130mm fans are ... unusual. 120mm or 140mm are standards, 130mm's not so much.

No not really it was recommend
You can get an AM5 system within your specified budget. This has a much superior upgrade path. AM4 is basically end-of-life now. AM5 will continue to receive new parts through 2027, iirc, meaning that you can add a 9000- or later series CPU when the 7600X no longer has enough power.

The 5600X is a great budget CPU, but it's a budget CPU on an obsolete platform.

I had a rep from this site called clxgaming build it for me I believe

@Visions of 7 , @the100thmonkey 's machine is far superior for the money. If you are starting from scratch and have no existing parts and are happy to build it yourself you should get that. With all due respect to CLXGaming, they seem to have chosen the bottom end components purely for budget without actually thinking about what those components are, only that they will work together; and some of those compoenents are pretty low quality (PSU especially). @the100thmonkey has gone with branded/trusted components that will offer you way more bang for your buck. And it could be more likely upgraded in the future.

I'd add that the 7800XT will wreck the 4060 Ti 16GB, except in games with ray-tracing on.

I also agree with the above posters. Amd Am4 socket is a dead end at this time. For your budget you can get a Am5 system. I would suggest an Amd AM5 mobo, lots out there to choose from, and lots of build guides on YT or sites like pcpartpicker.
Link to some parts I quickly picked out: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/nRfdyg
Amd 7600 cpu, Nvidia 4060ti 16gb video card, gskill ram, samsung nvme,... etc . No one is really recommending a new AM4 build at this time. AM5 is the way to go. Good Luck with whatever you choose

edited: linked showed one part out of stock right after I posted, so link updated with a different part for that case choice

And ray tracing is of very limited use on an RTX 4060 Ti. RTX 3080 or 4070 are about the floor of where I'd star using more than trivial RT effects.

About the only time I'd recommend an RTX 4060 Ti over an RX 7700 XT or 7800 XT is if there a hard power cap in play (not really applicable to anything other than cramped ITX setups), or one is a streamer who can't afford a second capture/streaming box. NVENC has enough of a quality vs. bitrate advantage in the codecs and bitrates most streamers would use that it might be worth the slower card.

I'll probably do some research on that as well
