there should be a new graphic design option so that people that don't have a strong computer they could just active ate that option and their game would run smoothly

The game already has low medium and high presets. Though as other have stated in previous threads your computer falls far below the minimum requirements for the alpha. Due to this FPS is going to suffer. As time progresses and as updates and optimizations are released the minimum requirements may be revised. At the moment unfortunately your only option is to deal with the lag or get a new rig, consider it an investment as im sure this game will offer entertainment for many years to come. Still playing RCT3 after all this time.
What mine is doing at the moment is decreasing the quality of the signs to more of a blured image and no sharp.
Anything lower than "low" would be RCT [big grin] the games optimization seems pretty good to me [yesnod]
your best option is to keep your park small, or just watch youtube videos of the game till you can get a better computer. New computers are not that expensive these days

I think it needs to be noted that the minimum specifications are what they are for a reason. Its the best Frontier can make them for that balance between quality and performance that they are going for. If there was a way they would "flick a switch" and suddenly make the game playable on integrated graphics, then I'm sure they would do it. But it's not that simple.
