It's admittedly been a while since I last played before the patch, but I think the headlook behaviour has changed for me.
As far as I remember, when I looked down at (for example) the role panel with the respective UI button and the exited the panel using UI Back, my head position was automatically centered again. Now, it flips back to the previously set head position. This might be useful in some situations, but for me, it forces me now to bind the headlook center button as well, and there's really enough buttons in use already.
Also, the UI Back button is now redundant in this situation, as pressing e.g. the button for UI Role Panel twice does exactly the same.
Suggestion (for example) to eliminate the need for additional bind: remove redundancy and set behaviour to e.g.
- pressing a UI Panel button twice flips back to previous head position when exiting panel
- pressing UI Panel button, then UI back automatically resets head to center
Alternatively, UI Back is not used at all when in normal flying mode, so it could default to headlook center when no panel is active, which also eliminates the need for that bind. Interestingly, you can already bind UI Back and Headlook Center to the same button, but sadly, Headlook Center seems to take priority and UI Back does not work then in most menus.
