Powerplay Faction: Zachary Hudson New here, Dormant bounty?

I was leaving gres dock in zach hudson HQ and I was ambushed by pirate shortly after hitting cruise. I was interdicted, He started scanning me I fired at him and gained a bounty, federal dropships came in and smoked me during his raid on me and now I have dormant bounty and can't access any of the docks in nanomam (zach HQ)

I can not gain merits the way I'm used to which is supplies fortification. Has anyone had this happen to them and how else can I gain merits?

Thank you all, This was extremely frustrating as it cost me roughly 500,000 credits in insurance costs. I don't pick fights but feel a little betrayed by the feds

A dormant bounty is not actually a bounty... Meaning you aren't actually wanted, it's what happens when you are destroyed with an active bounty outstanding.

However, even though you are not wanted, if you are scanned with a dormant bounty, it will become active again, and you will be wanted again. So you can actually fly around that system, just ensure you are not scanned. Lots of silent running and boosting into stations.
