New HUD setting: opacity

We can set the HUD's brightness, how about adding Opacity to the list of settings? In 10% increments.

This would be fantastic, though really I'd love to see more customization with the HUD effects in general. You can kinda get a partial solution by making the HUD colors a little whiter.
