New Idea: Animals Instead of Human Avatars

How would you feel about this idea?

Your customizable avatar appears on the globe in the main menu, right? How would you feel if you could have any animal in the game as your avatar instead? I get that this idea might take up space, but let’s just play with the idea. Would you want the animals to be customizable by giving them accessories like hats, sunglasses, bowties, etc? Should some animals or accessories be unlocked by completing certain campaigns or achievements?

Cute idea. For some this will probably be really cool, but for probably something ill personally maybe try once.
I still have the save Avatar i made a couple years ago, so im not the right audience for this

I personally wish we had a character editor like what Kenshi and Ark have. I make ugly characters, so it'd be funny.

But, yeah, animal avatars would be fun, too. Like, maybe it'd have every single species in-game that you can edit
