how about some 2nd hand ship sellers
Not really a "new" idea there, been asked for many times. Had the answer "No" many times, too. Anything like player-to-player trading ends up becimeing a link to the real-world economy, leading to Chinese gold-farmers, pay-to-win, etc etc. The answer has always been "No", and will continue to be "No" until and unless someone comes up with a really, really good reason for it to be put into the game, and/or a way to do it that excludes the possibility of a RWE link.
while we at it ,all this cash people accumulate outta be a casino at star stations were we can spend are hard earned trying win a super ship maybe?
Now this one is a new idea. Though I can't really see it catching on; all it would end up becoming is a giant source of complaints about "the gambling grind". Engineers used to be gambling (with a roulette wheel and everything); they took that away because of the complaints and it became pure progression-based. I can't see them introducing a new form of gambling after that.
more crew that you can board your ships that you can use to deploy when attacked by npc ,my ship only carries 1, he died hundreds of times trying save me
Here the problem is more technical, rather than ideological. The game's networking model means that a large number of ships makes the game unstable. If you've got four fighters to launch, then all the other players and NPCs out there in a CZ get four fighters too... that's 80+ ships in a single instance. This is the main reason why fighters have been restricted to one per ship.
