New interface element: cockpit clock

We can check the time in-game when we open the galaxy map or when we're at the station. It would be nice to have some simple clock inside the cockpit to check the current time as well. It doesn't have to be on the dashboard, it can be an element of one of the side panels. There could be an alarm the player could set as well, for example to mark meeting the mission target.

Probably like the clock on the car radio or hanging on the wall. Might be able to dim it but probably won't be able to turn it off. But we can hope... would like to see all the HUD elements eventually arrangeable and switchable (inc. colors).

Well yes, I was thinking actually about putting it out of sight and outside of the main dashboard. Even inside the right hand panel would be OK. Not sure if it's possible to use Functions to set the alarm functionality, but even without that I think being able to check the time quickly, without having to go to the galaxy map (takes longer to load and you don't know what's happening around until you switch it off), would be useful.
