new key bindings

Am I missing something? I can't see any new key bind options in the controls, I was looking for a docking request key bind, has one of those been added?

Unfortunately not. The only new one as far as I know is the 2 FSD options in addition to the context sensitive one. I will probably resort to an autoIT macro or Roccat Powergrid

There are no new key bindings (orbit lines toggle is in 'function's of right hand screen)

The patch note:

• Added control bindings icons for some of the most popular control devices

means previous bindings shown as JOY 6 etc now show as a small graphic icon of the joystick button/axis like so :-

There are already many useful key bindings and I'd really like to see FD continue this route. It's a bit incomplete. Sure it could quickly get out of hand, but there are some definite essentials that would be nice. As mentioned by the OP, a Docking Request binding would be awesome. When I said incomplete, for example there are bindings for Heat Sinks, Shield Cells, and Chaff, but no binding for Electronic Countermeasures. And now with the addition of being able to disable orbit lines, it would really be awesome to toggle this feature with a binding, instead of having to go through the side panel.

For some reason the key bindings of my Saitek x55 rhino still show as joy this and joy that. I have no little icons like your picture shows anywhere.

Same here, and I use Thrustmaster 16000m and CH Throttle. Perhaps they do not show up if you use pre-existing "Custom" binds, only for new standard selections? Strange.

Really weird thing for my X52...when i'm in MODE 1 the bindings come up as keys (Shift, DEL, INS etc), but when i'm in MODE2, then the correct icons appear...not sure why
